Jalal Kassam is a Syrian musician whose love for art and music started in his early childhood. Out of many musical instruments he played, he’d fallen in love and grown fond of the Oud. His passion for music, art, literature and philosophy drove him to start a career in the media. Kassam joined Bait Al-Oud in Abu Dhabi from its early days to continue his studies of the Oud instrument and its different techniques under the supervision of Naseer Shamma. He participated in many music festivals and concerts, most of them were with the Arab Oud House Orchestra.
