Born in Ras Baalbek in 1955 in the northern Bekaa’ , Nazih discovered his passion for music at an early age and continued his musical education at the National Conservatory in Beirut in addition to a master degree in Philosophy from the Lebanese University in 1982.

The story of Oud making began in 1976, and the excitement pushed him to discover and play Oud, he read its history and pursue lots of research to discover all the gaps that could be improved in it.

Nazih went in a long educational journey that made his instrument a unique piece of art. He participated in numerous local and international exhibitions and expeditions. 

Those who follow Nazih works have noticed the continuous development of the instruments that he makes on all aesthetics and acoustics levels.

He has many strengths and competitive advantages that made him one of the best Oud makers in the world, his musical and philosophical culture, as well as his ability to speak multi languages made him supportive of all Oud enthusiasm. 

Nazih understands the customers' needs and concerns, over fifty years of experience, his talent gave him the ability to craft a unique and authentic instrument that was handcrafted with very high craftsmanship and technology that could accompany the player throughout his life and from here begins the friendship between the owner of the Oud and the maker…
